Mechanical Principles Lab

The Mechanical Principles laboratory in Mechatronics Engineering Department contains equipments used to demonstrate the Gyroscope, Flywheel, and spring stiffness apparatus. Students of Mechatronics Engineering here learn the concepts of turning principle of Airplanes and submarines. They also learn about the use of flywheel in different vehicles that how flywheel helps in smooth operation of internal combustion engines, shear press and punching machine. Spring stiffness apparatus is used to determine different properties of spring. Springs are used in many places; most common application of springs is automobile suspension system.
