Asia Pacific Institute of Information Technology (APIIT) organized an insightful industrial visit for first-year students pursuing Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Bachelor of Technology (BTech). Held on March 4, 2024, the visit provided students with a unique opportunity to witness real-world industry operations firsthand.

The workshop titled "Cyber Security" convened experts and participants to delve into the complexities of cyber threats and crimes prevalent in contemporary society. Hosted by CSE Deptt. of Asia Pacific Institute of Information Technology SD India Panipat, which aimed to shed light on the evolving landscape of cybercrime and strategies for prevention and mitigation.

Students of B.Tech AND bca 1ST year , students were taken for visit. The Main Objective of the Visit to enhance the industrial learning of the students. This visit provides opportunities to students to get knowledge about the complete Engine assembly & various method of operation of servicing.

The college debate organized by management deptt of APIIT SD PANIPAT was a valuable and enriching experience for both participants and spectators. It contributed to the development of students' communication and critical thinking skills while fostering a culture of intellectual discourse within the college. The college debate was a resounding success.

To impart with the latest era knowledge of Computer Network Peripherals among the student’s community, a computer hardware workshop entitled “ Imparting Skills on Computer Network” has been organized at APIIT SD INDIA, Panipat on dated Oct. 13, 2023

The APIIT SD India (Dept. of Applied Science), organized an exciting and intellectually stimulating declamation competition on 13/10/2023 at College Auditorium. The event aimed to provide a platform for students to showcase their public speaking skills and address a variety of topics. The competition was a resounding success with enthusiastic participants, supportive audience, and a panel of judges to evaluate the performances.

On Oct 12, 2023 Department of Management studies of APIIT SD INDIA organized a highly informative seminar on “MANAGEMENT IN ONE GO” for management department students at 10:00 am by Dr. R.K. SINGLA (Prof.(Retd.) Govt. PG College, Karnal) under the guidance of Head of Department (Dr Anju Bala).All the faculty members of management department also attended this seminar. The Management Department of APIIT College proudly hosted an enriching one-day workshop on "How to Write a Research Paper" on the 11th of October, 2023. The event took place in the prestigious Auditorium, bringing together students academicians eager to enhance their research paper writing skills. We were honored to have Dr. Prateek Mishra, a distinguished speaker and expert in the field, as our special guest.

A recent AI tools workshop was held at the Auditorium in Asia Pacific Institute of Information Technology SD India Panipat. The workshop was attended by all B.Tech and BCA students of first year. APIIT has organized “Internal Smart Hackathon-2k23 on 22nd Sep 2023 at APIIT SD India Panipat.The internal hackathon at [APIIT SD PANIPAT] was a resounding success, promoting innovation, collaboration, and skill development among employees. The event showcased the talent and creativity within our organization and resulted in valuable projects that can benefit the company. Moving forward, we aim to build on this success by hosting more hackathons and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

We feel our immense pleasure in sharing our successful Industrial visit to the Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) facility. This visit took place on 22nd September, 2023 and it was organized by APIIT SD INDIA, Panipat under the guidance of our worthy Chairman sir Dr. Umesh Aggarwal, our Director sir Dr. Rajesh Gargi and TPO Head Dr. Anju Bala to enhance the practical knowledge of the petroleum industry. APIIT group, consisting of 50 students, arrived at the IOCL facility located at Panipat. 

The activity on Microsoft Word for B.Tech students was conducted on [22 sept 2023] at [Lab-D]. The purpose of the activity was to equip B.Tech students with essential skills in Microsoft Word, a widely used word processing application, to enhance their academic and professional capabilities. The workshop aimed to provide hands-on experience and practical knowledge on various features and functionalities of Microsoft Word.These activities will help first-year BTech students become proficient in using MS Word for basic document creation and formatting, which are valuable skills for their academic and future professional endeavors.

Skyll.Me India implements its own E-learning Platform (Android, Web & Bot based) and runs virtual mentoring based classrooms all over INDIA on CASA Sales, Priority Banking, Retail Banking and Bank assurance.  During the workshop,  Skyll.Me  focused  on skilling and hiring by creating Job ready resources for different banks such as HDFC , AXIS, ICICI banks in NCR with more emphasis on Skill building than on product training. An industrial visit to Dainik Bhaskar  was organized by APIIT SD INDIA for the students of MBA. It was a great learning experience for students as they were oriented about the production process, the workflow, and the management style in the organization. Infosys conducted a Webinar for InfyTQ on Friday, 17th January 2020 aimed at the development of a student as a professional and improving their industry readiness. This webinar emphasized that hiring of the B.Tech/M.Tech (All branches) students in Infosys will only be through “InfyTQ certification”. The course content of certificationis based on Python, DBMS, OOPs and Data Structure. This certification has been designed as a two round process. First round is a qualifying round followed by the final round.

Itenic Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Noida conducted a workshop on “Machine Learning using Python” on 7th October 2019 at APIIT SD INDIA PANIPAT for B.Tech. (CSE) students. The workshop was about the basics of Machine Learning using Python covering the necessary aspects required to start a career in the lucrative field of Machine Learning and AI. Mr. Mudit, a corporate trainer with 15 years of experience, was in-charge of the workshop.
