Every student, on joining the institution, is provided an insurance cover. A medical Inspection Room has been set up with a qualified and trained Doctor and a Nurse in attendance round the clock for Medical assistance in case a student falls ill. The institution has a dedicated ambulance to handle any emergencies that may arise. The institution has a tie-up with a Corporate Hospital nearby, to provide specialized care if a student needs it.

There is an ATM counter, departmental store and Photo copying facility within the campus to meet the students' needs.

Future is the destination of the journey called life Commuting by State run buses is inconvenient and erratic for the students to use. Many extraneous factors may also cause disruption of services or upset the schedule. APIIT has therefore made elaborate arrangements to ensure that students commute to the college punctually, smoothly and comfortably from any part of the city. A large fleet of buses with senior and trained drivers has been pressed into service for the same reason. To prevent outsiders from entering the premises and disturbing the students and to ensure the safety of the students, a professionally trained security agency with impeccable credentials has been hired to provide security. Even parents are allowed to meet the authorities only after seeking appointment in advance. A thrift shop has been set up. A food court provides nourishing and hygienically prepared snacks and refreshments for the students and lecturers to savor during their free periods.
