Data Science Workshop by Tidyquant Pvt. Ltd. on 20th Sept 2019

Tidyquant Pvt. Ltd. conducted a workshop on one of the most popular and in-demand career of our era, Data Science, on 20th Sept 2019(Friday). The goal of this workshop was to inspire students with insights into a variety of Data Science Projects and cutting-edge Big Data Technologies, and to give them a practical take away knowledge that they might find useful while seeking a career in Data Science.

The workshop was conducted under leadership of corporate trainer Ms. Sakshi Baliyan, who has around 11 years of experience under her belt. The main theme of this workshop was focused on:

1. Machine Learning and its role in Artificial Intelligence.
2. An introduction to Data Pipelines and Data Lakes.

Additionally, two case studies of in-house projects were discussed, andthe workshop ended with 30 minutes of interactive quiz session.

This workshop helped students to develop a practical understanding of how Big Data Analytics defines successful business practices. It also provided them with the adequate information needed to choose it as a future career path based upon the practical affinity gained towards Big Data Technologies.
