APIIT SD India's Coding Crunch Competition for all School/College
APIIT SD India recently held a Coding Crunch Competition on April 25th, 2024. This event was designed to empower students with coding skills by providing them with a platform to solve real-world problems within a limited timeframe. Organized by Mr. Rajesh Choudhary and his team, the competition attracted participants from various educational backgrounds, including 12th grade, Diploma, BCA, B.Sc., M.Sc., and B.Tech students.
During the competition, students were tasked with solving three different problems, including an Akkad-Bakkad Game resembling a mini version of Ludo, along with challenges related to Web Development and App Development. Despite the complexity of the problems, students from different institutions showcased their coding prowess by successfully tackling them within the allocated four-hour time frame.
Following the coding session, Mr. J.P. Upadhyay and Ms. Manisha Sharma evaluated the solutions provided by the participants. After careful deliberation, they announced three winners who received cash prizes and certificates from Dr. Prateek Mishra, the director of APIIT SD India. Dr. Mishra also engaged in a discussion with the students about their interest in similar coding programs in the future, noting the enthusiasm shown by participants from both APIIT SD India and other institutions.
A total of 70 students, including both online and offline participants, registered for the competition, with 20 students joining from external colleges and the remaining from APIIT SD India's campus in Panipat. This event not only showcased the coding talent of the participants but also highlighted the growing interest among students for such competitions in the future
