Fee Structure for B.E. (Hons) - Indian Students

(Fee structure for next academic session 2012-2013)

Semester Fee*: 45,000/- (Tuition fee, lab & library Fee, building & maintenance expenses, fee towards quality measures)
Examination Fee**: 7,200/- per academic semester
Processing Fee:  5,000/- (one-off)
University Registration Fee*** 7,200/- ( one-off)

* Fee paid to the institute is refundable as per Fee Refund Policy.

** University Examination fees is required to be deposited 30 days before the Semester Exam in the form of Demand Draft in favour of 'APIIT SD INDIA', payable at Panipat. APIIT will give the receipt of fees on behalf of Staffordshire University, UK.

*** University Registration fees is required to be paid within 30 days of admission in the form of Demand Draft in favour of 'APIIT SD INDIA', payable at Panipat.

**** Single bedded room would be offered to 3rd & 4th year undergraduate student and all post graduate students only. Admission in hostel is subject to availability of the seats. The fee may be incremented on yearly basis. Students opting for hostel will have to avail the facility for one year (two semesters).

NOTE: Fee deposit due date is 7th July and 7th January for each semester.

Mess Rules

Students opting for hostel facility are required to take the mess service run by authorized contractor only and deposit their Mess fees for each year at the beginning of Academic Session in the Institute.

Mess fee for all hostels (Boys & Girls) under APIIT SD India would be Rs. 33,000/annum. This fee includes daily evening Tea & Snacks in addition to the Breakfast, Lunch (in the college on working days) & Dinner. This will also include daily morning Milk (200ml) or Tea or Coffee opted by the student.
